Employee DevelopmentWearside Contractors are committed to training its employees. We have an ongoing programme for on-site assessments in partnership with the CITB to enable all our employees to gain a CSCS card. We recently held a half day off-site Health & Safety course which was attended by all employees. In conjunction with the CITB we have developed an annual training programme covering all subjects. As part of our commitment to the industry we always try to maintain four placements for apprentices within the company The table below is an overview of employee qualifications.
